Everything about Iyengar yoga will help you during your pregnancy. The breathing and body awareness help you stay connected to your changing body. The stretches and poses develop strength and readiness for giving birth as well as improving your current physical health. In short, they help you FEEL better!
Teachers Tedrah Smothers and Leah Nichols are skilled at working with pregnant women. While the prenatal classes are not meeting at this time, we are happy to work privately with women -- one-on-one or with a small group.
