We work on balancing strength with flexibility. We practice poses to bring flexibility, strength and balance. We pursue improving flexibility of hamstrings, calves, shoulders and chest.
The standing poses will improve the flexibility of your feet, ankles, legs and hips. They also develop your strength, balance and endurance.
If you've experienced tightness or pain in the lower back, there are postures to help you loosen up and decrease inflammation.
At the end of each evening's class, we practice relaxation techniques to emphasize letting go of the day and preparing for sleep.
We sweat a little bit, we grunt a little bit, and we always have fun!
