Drop-in classes: $15 per class. You are welcome to drop-in to any appropriate-level class.
Unlimited Classes: $1100 yearly

 

Information

Mats and props

Students will need a yoga sticky mat for class. You may bring your own or we have mats available for your use.

What to wear

Wear clothing you can easily move in. Exercise pants, leggings, and shorts work best. It helps if the teacher can see your knees. We practice barefoot.

Eating before class

This depends on what works best for you, but generally it is best to wait a couple of hours after you eat a meal. Some people find that they can eat a very light snack an hour or so before class.

How to reserve your class days/times for the series:

Print out the registration form and send it in with your payment. You may pay by cash, check or visa/mastercard.

Make-ups

If you have to miss your regularly-scheduled weekly class, you may make it up any time during the series of classes. You may attend any appropriate-level class where there is space available. Classes cannot be held over from one series to the next. Missed classes must be made up within the series you are registered for. Exceptions may be made if you missed class due to illness, injury or loss of loved one.
